Shandong Slater Precision Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Lunan Precision Machinery Manufacturing Factory. At the beginning of its establishment in 2000, the company mainly produced CNC milling machines, CNC lathes and other machine tools. CNC machine tools supply many manufacturers at home and abroad, and about 40% of the output of the whole machine products is exported overseas. In order to further explore the markets at home and abroad, the company carried out institutional reform and asset reorganization in 2015. At present, the main products include CNC machining centers, CNC vertical lathes, turning and milling composite machine tools and other series of products. The numerical control rate of the company’s products has reached more than 95%, and it has cooperation with foreign machine tool enterprises such as Taiwan, Europe and the United States in design, manufacturing and other aspects.
The company’s R&D department pioneered the use of advanced 3D 4C system (CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM) design software to carry out finite element analysis of products and components to make the structure of the machine tool more reasonable and perfect. Carry out motion simulation of the design results, analyze the expected results of the product, shorten the product development and manufacturing cycle, and improve the rational use of resources. The implementation of product quality control adopts the EU enterprise product control system to closely monitor the design and manufacturing process of the whole machine tool. Each machine tool adopts the detection accuracy of global precision laser equipment. The factory products have undergone high-speed operation test and trial machining within 7 days and 24 hours to ensure that all motion details of the machine tool can be accurately controlled.
In recent years, by absorbing foreign advanced technologies and design concepts, the company has cooperated closely with many domestic scientific research institutions and foreign-funded enterprises to develop and design new environmentally friendly CNC machine tools. Establish three overseas sales networks with the European Union, ASEAN and Arabia as the axis, build an international operation system for machine tools, and build a responsive marketing platform. 70% of the company’s products are exported overseas and exported to more than 60 countries and regions, mainly in Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and other markets.
