CNC lathe is one of the more widely used CNC machine tools. It is mainly used for shaft parts or disk parts of the cylindrical surface, taper angle conical surface, complex surfaces and cylindrical, tapered threads and other cutting, and can be grooving, borrning, reaming, reaming and boring.

1, machine tool castings use high rigidity wear-resistant HT300 cast iron, centrifugal casting process and add pearlite and alloy metal. The castings are tempered and aged for several times to completely eliminate the stress inside the castings.

2, the machine tool adopts high torque and high speed spindle, adopts P4 grade imported bearings, and the spindle has passed strict high speed rotation test. Servo type spindle is the standard configuration, and the frequency conversion spindle with gear transmission manual shift can be optionally configured.

3. The contact surface with the guideway is attached with beryllium bronze wear plate, which has high hardness（HRC45）after quenching and will not be deformed. The wear-resistant plate is precision ground manually to ensure that there are ≥25 contact points per inch.

4、Machine guides are heat-treated with high-frequency deep quenching to ensure that the hardness is HRC≥55 with high wear resistance. The ball screw adopts Taiwan ball screw with precision grinding C3 level accuracy, which has stable and long-lasting transmission accuracy.
